Staff is habitually overwhelmed. Handles patients in a factory line setting where speed (Due to rush to catch up) trumps quality and empathy. Has more than one case of stopping treatment because patient did not agree with course and testing. Unscheduled requests are met with hostility and aggravation, such as medication questions, unforeseen illness (Minor), or concerns of new medication side effects. Most of appointments are sitting in silence as Dr.Jandron rummages through computer files in an attempt to draw talking points. Many times during a single appointment she is prone to say "oh what is this? what am I looking for?"
