Dr. K is amazing. Always answers emails if you have any concerns in a very timely manner. Always addresses any concerns, and most of all completely knows what he is doing. He's a genius at ortho, my smile is so beautiful thanks to him, everyone is always staring at my teeth! Highly recommended!

We initially liked dr.K office, but as time went on, the way that office is run, you are basically left with hygienist, and doctor who stops for about 10 seconds. On 2 occasions an extremely rude hygienist made a wrong call, and ended up prolonging our treatment by several months. Not a very personal care at all.

Dr. John Kalbfleisch's response
This is just so out of character for our team and myself....I have great difficulty understanding this especially if no one has discussed any of these issues with me personally. If at all possible, I'd like this patient to know, that due to their disappointment that I and my staff, would entirely refund their treatment fee. Please reach out and contact me!

Really well run organization. Clean, efficient, friendly, professional and one of the best things for me, always on time and for every single appointment of which I had many. I like review sites and I take them seriously as I believe they have value so please accept by 5 out of 5 in all categories as a true reflection of a very positive experience. Brad Miller.
