Ratings for Dr. Manzoor A. Kazi
was diagnosed with a kidney infection from another urgent care doctor when I came to see kazi he had me sent to get an ultrasound and I asked to have them put stat considering I was in extreme pain. 5 days went by with no returned call and I called twice a day. I finally came in and was told he wasn't here when he was and was seen by a Nurse practitioner. She knew nothing of my case nor did kazi because he never reviewed my report. Worthless staff this doctor is a moron. I will never step foot in this office again!
I saw Dr Kazi a couple times and thought he was very friendly and listened to me. I came in today for a doctor's note and the woman there told me I couldn't get one. I called later to see if they could make an exception and THEN I was informed that I needed to be seen to get a note. HORRIBLE service and VERY rude.
Very poor service. Don't waste your valuable time. The reception staff appear not to know what they are doing and are very rude. The referral coordinator is never there. I am going to find another Dr's office where the staff are capable of doing there job.
i I JUST RETURNED HOME WITHOUT BEING SEEN, AFTER WAITING IN DR., KAZI'S CROWDED UNCOMFORTABLE , WAITING ROOM.FOR ONE AND ONE-HALF HOURS FOR A TWO O'CLOCK FOLLOW-UP APP'T FOR BRONCHITIS. THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH SEATS, SOME PATIENTS HUNG OUTSIDE THE DOOR ., I AM A 97 YEAR OLD CARDIAC PATIENT WHO NEEDS TO BE ON OXYGEN AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. AFTER WAITING FOR ONE AND ONE-HALF HOURS, AND SEVERAL UNSUCCESSFUL EFFORTS TO BE TAKEN IN, i WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE, i HAD TO GET MY DRIVER TO TAKE ME HOME IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT BEING SEEN. DR.KAZI MAY BE A VERY GOOD DOCTOR BUT HIS OFFICE STAFF AND SYSTEM FOR SEEING PATIENTS IS THE WORST i HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND AT MY AGE i HAVE EXPERIENCED A LOT
Dr. Kazi is my primary care doctor as well as running an urgent care clinic. I LOVE that I can show up any day without an appointment and be seen within about 30 minutes! When I first met the doctor and his staff, I showed up as an urgent care patient. I collapsed in the lobby and was immediately seen. Dr. Kazi was so concerned about my condition, he immediately had me transferred and admitted to Eisenhower Medical Center. I was in the hospital for five days having been diagnosed with bronchitis, pneumonia, viral hepatitis and a severe flu. I credit Dr. Kazi and his wonderful staff with saving my life and truly appreciated his very personal care when he visited me every day while I was in the hospital. My husband and 10 year old daughter now also see Dr. Kazi as their primary care doctor.
The worst service, don't go. I went in for an ear infection and was seen by a nurse practitioner because Dr. Kazi was on vacation. Yes, I did have an ear infection and was prescribed an antibiotic to take for ten days. After ten days I could still feel pain in my ear and called to find out if I would have to pay for a follow-up. I was told by the receptionist that I had exceeded the amount of time to receive a complimentary follow-up. I had three to five days to get a complimentary follow-up and was prescribed a ten day course of antibiotic. I have always been under the impression that a course of antibiotic needs to be completed before an actual healing result can take place. A complimentary service after a ten day course of medication with existing symptoms is good business. However, Dr. Kazi does not see it that way. Dirty, unprofessional service. Buyer Beware!!!
