Very slow service… have never been seen on time, expect to wait

Our entire family trusts Dr. Salame and his team. He is knowledgable and personable, and always takes the time to explain any questions or concerns you may have. He's made our more nervous family members feel confident and secure in having work done. The long tenure of his team also speaks volumes about the positive environment of the practice. Highly recommended.

The team at Maplewood dental are professional, easy to speak to, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Salame has an amazingly gentle touch and is always willing to take extra time to explain everything. They don't make me feel rushed and unimportant. Always open to squeezing you in for urgent issues, even if already fully booked. After many years of dental anxiety, I finally found someone that makes me feel at ease and not dread my appointments. Faye and the office team are very friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about the skill level and care this man provides for myself and my family. He is so approachable and knowledgeable in the area of dental emergencies. He has helped us with multiple implants, braces and dealing with care of a patient with autoimmune diseases. His staff and nurses/hygienist are as lovely as he is.

Dr. Salame and staff are absolutely wonderful. My wife and myself have been attending his practice for 2 years and wish we had found this office sooner as we had moved to Niagara in 2015. Dr. Salame and staff always make us feel welcome and comfortable. He is very patient and helpful with us which is much appreciated even more so as we are seniors. The environment in the practice is always professional, warm and comfortable. Dr. Salame and his staff work very well as a seasoned team to which we say "Thank you so very much!" Dr. Salame is a brilliant Doctor as an example he develops a practical approach for restorations to fit the patient. He always asks the patient if he or she has any questions. Would like to give more than 5 stars !

I will never like going to the dentist, but Dr. Salame and his staff make every visit as likeable as it will ever be. Every one of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate, while Dr. Salame is all that plus a very skilled dentist.

Dr. Salame came highly recommended and he is very expert at using the needle being very gentle. Unfortunately I had issues with fillings he did, being rough, leaving gaps. When I requested repeatedly for these to be repaired I was a) charged again for a filling that had been done a month earlier and b) gaslit by the hygienist who said it was an old filling and my concerns were not addressed. This is unfortunate as the Dr. Was very pleasant.

Great staff always extremely helpful they go above and beyond. Customer service is top notch. . Dr Salame is always very kind and gentle, he is a dental magician👍
