She is a wonderful family physician. It is too bad her old partners would not let her out of her non-compete clause so that she could stay in the area.

She is a very nice person but does not seem sure of herself and is not proactive with treatment. She refers almost everything to another doctor and will do nothing to help with the problems before an appointment with another doctor can be made. If questioned, she becomes very defensive. She also insists on frequent follow-up appointments that are not necessary but are costly.

She was very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about my child's well-being. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend.

ALWAYS running late. My child takes Concerta, and she will not write a script for more than one month at a time. Says that "as a practice" they have decided to take this position on giving prescriptions for concerta. Insists on frequent, unnecessary follow ups which are very difficult to work into a busy schedule. Whether you see her or her PA, you get billed for her rates. Her office staff makes FREQUENT mistakes. We definetly won't be returning to her office in the future.

2 hour wait to be seen 2 minutes. Between my copay and insurance, I paid over $100 for a sinus infection and medicine that did not work. When I called with questions, they made come in for another visit. They charge for everything. She won't see you if you are in the hospital. After hours contact is to go to the ER

Made 3 appointments to get a concerta prescription refilled. At each appointment, she had additional requirements that had to be met before she would write the script. No apologies were given for wasting my time. The office could have called with the additional requirements before I came. She had been the doctor who prescribed my daughters concerta for the last 3 years. It seemed she was trying to get me to quit the office because they no longer wanted to prescribe concerta at Family Physicians of O'Fallon. The typical time spent waiting for an appointment was 2 hours. They were constantly giving the wrong forms, and getting billing mixed up. Beware!
