Ratings for Dr. Natalia Rodriguez
The Dr. is a nice person. She seems to show an honest concern for my elderly family member. The staff on the other hand, whom are a direct reflection on the Doctors, are not so kind considerate and helpful. I have been working on an appointment/ care issue for almost 2 weeks. Calls are not returned in a timely fashion and sometimes are just not. The staff dispenses dollar bill style medicine. MY WARNING: Medicare HMO patients should look elsewhere. A great place to visit unless you are sick. The doctors NEED to explain to their staff that the patients, especially the seniors are their bread and butter, not a roll of disposable paper towels. We are switching primary care doctors as we speak. Like I said, this is due to the staff and how I have seen them speak to and treat patients. Just because a patient is old and or hard of hearing does not mean they are stupid and the staff shouldn't snicker in front of the patient as if they are blind also!
