He provided me with Botox injections in my forehead that caused my eyebrows to freeze and my eyelids to droop to the middle of my pupils. I now have vision troubles and constant headaches. When I saw him to express concern, he was dismissive and uncaring. Two weeks after filler injections for marionette lines, I have numerous, large lumps. One week after the procedure, Dr. Mantooth claimed these lumps were normal and would remain until the filler had dissipated in a year or so. I contacted the manufacturer and they have refuted his position. Either he is ignorant of the truth or he didn't convey it during my post-procedure visit.
