Staff is very rude and inefficient. Doctor never returns calls after office hours. Always have problems with appointments, prescriptions. Doctor always talks off track about subjects like sports, books, movies, etc., instead of subject matter. Is always just writing and hardly says anything about the patient.

My daughter had internal pains. He came highly recommended. But we could not make an appointment. His phone would go to voice mail and no one would ever call back. Finally, I go through. I was given the third degree by the person on the phone to make sure I had money to pay for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. His staff was supposed to follow up with a call back and another appointment. never heard from them and no one answered the phone. He is a great doctor but you need to know that his staff does not care and he seems ignorant or oblivious to the situation. He never called us back, though he said he would.
