He has an office policy that he does not talk to patients. When you call to speak to him, you cannot, rather you must speak with an assistant who speaks to him and then the assistant returns the call. He is bordering on malpractice, a lot gets lost through this messenger system he has set up. He also lied to me telling me that nothing could be done for treating me for my medical condition and no other tests could be performed.I went to another doctor and was treated.

I see Dr. Litchman for rheumatolgy (he is also board certified in this) and he is wonderful. Proactive, takes concerns seriously, easy going personality. I switched to him because previous dr's office staff was so hard to get a hold of, this office is MUCH better. The nurse will always return my calls quickly.
