This doctor has terrible bedside manners. He consistently speaks negative thoughts and perspectives to my mother. He refuses to speak hope, faith, recovery and rehabilitation to my mother, family members, and father who is an 82 year-old retired Korean and Vietnam-war veteran. Their should be better oversight reviews from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid, to include California's Department of Public Health and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations to identify doctor's like Rinard. He should be reprimanded and monitored over a long period of time. He also should be advised to retire. He represents Dignity Health who's CEO promotes that their mission is to . render human kindness and dignity to its patient population. What a paradox when considering how Rinard engages with my mother, father and family members!
