Dr. Rao has done a poor job of helping manage my husband's health care needs. Month after month, the office failed to timely review my husband's INR/protime readings, making it difficult to manage his INR levels. The doctor also decided to discontinue meds without cause or prior notice that my husband was taking for 3 years to successfully manage several health problems. This caused a trip to urgent care to refill these necessary meds. We will be switching doctors next month. On top of being rude and unhelpful, office staff is hard to reach - only 1 incoming line that almost always goes to voicemail. They never return phone calls. Today, when my husband was trying to explain something to the office girl, she became angry and started yelling at him, accusing HIM of arguing with her. He was calmly trying to explain his question and she did not want to listen to him. Still waiting for INR results after one week. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Switching doctors.
