He completed his internship in general surgery and residency as Chief Resident in orthopedic surgery at The University of Texas Medical School, Hermann Hospital in Houston. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is licensed to practice in the state of Texas.\n\nDr. Street’s mission, in the practice of Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery, is to deliver the best possible care to his patients. Orthopedic Surgery is the specialty of Medicine that deals with the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of medical disorders of the musculoskeletal system (bones, muscles, and the tissues that connect them). The suggested treatment can be nonsurgical or surgical. He prefers to emphasize nonsurgical interventions whenever possible and medically appropriate. He spent time as a college student driving a wonderful family practioner on house calls. They would visit patients far from town in all settings.
