7 years had pain pump but did not cover Sciatic Nerve and SI joint. Frequent complaints to this doctor went in one ear and out the other! I was told that areas of pain would be covered and were not! False information on my medical records, untruths have made it difficult to find another doctor! The quality of my life progressively lowered under his treatment!

Horrible doctor. For lower back pain he will give you numerous cortisone injections and then if that doens't help he will give you the procedure where he burns the nerves in your back. If you're not better you're out the door cause he doesn't care and now he has your money. If he happens to offer you a script for pain meds he charges $10 just to write the script which insurance doesn't cover. Really low life. How long does it take to write a script? Maybe 10 to 15 seconds. His head nurse Martha is downright hateful. They never answer their phone. You leave her a message and she may or may not call you back. If she does decide to call you back it will probably be the next day.
