I saw Dr. Chelimsky for 5 years in Ohio for Dysautonomia. He is a wonderful doctor. Sometimes he comes off as being a bit abrasive, or seems like he's not paying full attention. But that happens more the later in the day you see him. I think it's because he's tired. He spends so much time with each patient, really trying to figure out what's going on and what to do, that I can only imagine how exhausting it must be to try to keep focus by 6 or 8pm (which is often when the Chelimskys would finish for the day--they weren't necessarily punctual because they were spending so much time with each person). Dr. Chelimsky would put so much focus on you and your problems and how to make them better. He always took me seriously. And in 5 years seeing the Chelimskys, I went from barely being able to sit up to being mostly functional.
