November 1995 I went to Dr. Wellborn. I had breast implants removed by Dr. James E. Hagan in 1/1993 in which ruptured capsules were left in my chest. Dr. Wellborn contacted Dr. Hagan without my permission and got his records. I had surgery with Dr. Wellborn to remove all implant material. After this surgery my left breast was red and infected and under my right arm was a mass. In my records from Dr. Hagan he stated a lymph node was positive under right arm. Later I learn that 23 nodes were removed by Dr. Wellborn and those areas stapled up. Also, Dr. Wellborn stated a piece of the capsule under the right arm. After this surgery I had an enlarged heart and adrenal failure. Dr. Teresa Travis was the anesth in this surgery along with Ed Emrich. A Linda Newkirk, Diana Gordon, and Shirley Goodner from Mena came into my home after this surgery. Linda and Diana also breast implant patients said Dr. Hagan had ruptured their implants referred me to attys. Tom Travis, Ken Berley, and Dave Borland
