I absolutely love Dr Waller. I am what you would probably consider a new patient. I was referred to her through my family dr because i was in a terrible 4-wheeler accident a little over 2 yeats ago and am so very thankful that their are still good, descent, caring people like her in the world and I truly feel blessed that she and her staff jave agreed to help me with the horrible pain and limitations that have come with my injury. From the moment that I walked into the office I was greeted with a friendly, genuine smile. It did take me about 5-6 minutes to fill out my new patient paperwork, but once I was done the nurse called me back right away. The nurse did an "interview" with me to find out what was going on with me. She then left the room and that's when Dr Waller came in. She was so nice, very intelligent, very professional, and most of all very caring. She did a great job of explaining what she was doing, thinking, & how she was going to treat me. I'd recommend her to all
This is the pain management doctor i was refered to. She spends very little time with a patient and keeps giving me the same script which does not help i have told her this time and time again to no avail i really need help because im in a lot of pain no one will help im about to quit going if she does not improve besides 1000 billing my insurance for drug testing is obsurd
First of all, the staff at Dr. Waller's office are extremely helpful and friendly. In particular, Tamika at the front desk and nurse Tanya. Dr. Waller is the only doctor who did not treat me like some junkie just because I need medication to control pain. She understands what chronic pain is like and knows that for some of us, it's the only answer. I'm sure (actually I KNOW) there are patients who abuse their medications or sell them and I wish there was a way to identify them because they are going to cause those of us in legitimate pain to be subjected to a lot of ridiculous regulations about narcotics. I think she has a very long waiting list, but if you are in legitimate chronic pain, Dr. Waller should be your first choice.
In todays regulatory atmosphere, it is becoming harder and harder for patients experiencing legitimate painful conditions to receive medicinal treatment that is helpful. I have been seeing Dr Waller on a regular basis for 3 years and she has been nothing but supportative when family and other physicians have been less than. She has been compassionate, helped me with an intellegent treatment of all of my test data, conservative and professional with her medical treatments and therapies that have increased my overall quality of life. She orders regular drug testing and expects honesty from all of her patients. Effective pain management requires honesty and straightforwardness on the part of the patient. I am very grateful to have a physician like Dr. Waller.
