could not get an appontment for months to get test results - once got an appointment it was cancelled 3 times and not verbal results at all - do not use

I was very impressed with Dr. Mark Holt. He took time with me and was informative and polite. He showed a genuine concern for me as a patient. His expertise and knowledge as a highly skilled professional in his field was self evident as he addressed my personal needs and scheduled the appropriate tests. Dr. Holt instilled a feeling of confidence in me. I left his office feeling that I had come to the right place and will receive the very best cardiac care available. His staff was wonderful and the short wait time a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Holt. A Five Star review! S.W. Palm Springs, Ca.

(I called their office and spoke to Monique I said I would Be 10 minutes late she said no problem! I arrive 14 minutes late I checked my phones time 14 minutes from the time that I was suppose to be there. I when I arrived I see Monique and sign in and I said I called and she said yes you did and said you would be 10 late and then she says Oh you have a unpaid bill so I said ok and the lady handeling the accounts department came out after Monique calls me and says oh we need to change your appointment because you where 17 minutes late and our policy is that after 15 minutes you lose you appointment and I said why didnt you tell me that when I walked in and then she JUST LIES AND SAID SHE DID WHEN I WALKED IN!!THAT SHE SAID NOTHING WHEN I ARRIVE SO I WOULD PAY MY BILL AND THEN SHE TELL ME IN ORDER TO COLLECT MONEY I WILL REPORT THIS TO ALL THAT I CAN SO His staff which is him LEARNS NOT TO LIE TO OTHERS!!!!ALSO I WAS LIED TO AGAIN I WAS 14 MINUTES LATE NOT 17 ANOTHER LIE!!!! what a joke

Office Would not schedule me in a complete emergency! Office was extremely rude, and when asking for office manager was never in office. Left multiple messages for manager and dr. Never one returned call. Reason for office not seeing me in an emergency was approval from my 20% leftover. Hospital talked to dr. Night before and asked holt to see me very next day if he let me go home and not transfer me to Eisenhower hospital. Holt agreed then next morning office would not see after a two hour drive from where I live. I'm 36 have ms and multiple health problems. I was admitted that day in hospital for two, never did holt drive a mile to check on his patient, never even saw him or spoke to him. I called the next day cancelled all future appt and test. Then week later get a letter from holt, saying he fired me. This is not the kind of dr I want, is a understatement.
