do not go to this doctor for any kind of invisiline. the staff were rude and condesending. the dentist literally cut into my gums on purpose and caused permenent damage scraping off my invisiline anchors. i have bad sensitivity. i wish somebody warned me not to go! i was always extra nice and front desk lady was nice to me but thats it!

Dr Scramstad did my braces from the time I was 12 to 14 and retainer until 17, and as an adult now I can say that he does amazing work. I always get complemented on my teeth. Not only that, but I remember the experience there always being great. Not sure what orthodontist the other lady went to who complained on here but Donna was the sweetest lady ever. She sees tons of people everyday and still remembered me each month I came there. She always was there to make a joke with my mom and I as well. My teeth were pretty horrendous, but I’m glad my parents picked Align. They’re pivotal for patient care and outstanding morale.

Everyone on Dr. Scramstad's team is welcoming, kind and helpful. I really appreciated Dr. Scramstad attention to detail. Dr. Scramstad is knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Align ortho to anyone who wants to feel confident in their orthodontic care. Thank you for improving my smile!

Dr Scrmastad and his team are excellent and caring professionals. We saw several different dentists in town to decide the right fit for us and we couldnt be happier. he was the only doctor who took his time explaining different treatment options to us and IS THE ONLY one who did not make us feel like we were on a cash assembly line. my whole family has gone through this office and we couldn't recommend them enough, We are very happy with our treatments and smiles,

Some of our teens had braces through Dr. James Scramstad. But we've been so disappointed that we've taken our other kids to somewhere else. He made all kinds of mistakes that cost us extra trips to his office ... and a lot of discomfort for our kids. He doesn't really seem to care. It's just a MONEY MAKING business so he gets lot of days off and extended holidays. And don't get me started on Donna - the front desk receptionist. She's a major B**CH who acts like everyone is dumber than she is. Why she was ever hired to be the front desk person is beyond understanding!!! She's sooooo cranky. Save yourself time & money and start by seeing someone else.

Great dentist, and really cares about my teeth. The office is also really nice.

James is a very knowledgable orthodontist and he has found some wonderful teammates to make his office extemely efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend him and his team.

Dr Scramstad and his staff were excellent. dr Scramstad takes the time to talk to you and listen to your needs. Unlike others who tried to push treatments onto my children. Their teeth have turned out beautifully and we have been extremely happy with the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Especially if you want a down to earth doctor to deal with.

Just got my braces off and my teeth look amazing! My experience with this office has been nothing but great. The staff are all wonderful and I would highly recommend James to anyone needing orthodontic work done. I will be bringing both my kids to him as well.
