Was told I needed 6 crowns and could not get free lifetime teeth whitening unless I did. I left and went back to my other dentist and have still never needed one crown and it's been been at least 2 years now. I felt he was a scammer honestly and didn't have a good feeling about him.

It doesn't matter how "knowledgeable" or "on time" a dentist may or may not be. If they treat people rudely patients won't return to see. Dr. Holt was rude and totally talked down to me. Do I know my teeth aren't in good shape? Yes! Do I accept responsibility for that? Yes! Do I deserve to be treated rudely? NO! I left in tears and will absolutely not be back.

Amazingly inappropriate handling of customers by a receptionist: a receptionist suggested using a laughing gas instead of a regular anesthetic for my 16 yo son; when she received "no" as an answer from me, she made the second attempt to sell this treatment by talking over my head directly to my son. I can only describe this behavior as a predatory marketing toward my son, who is a minor, after all: it was my decision as a parent of what type of anesthetic I feel comfortable with my son using, and this type of treatment was not covered by our insurance, and she had already received a negative answer from me to her request a few minutes before.
