Ratings for Dr. Dean A. Earp
*****DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!***** The staff is rude and inefficient. I haven't seen Dr. Earp in over a year. I see his PA's. He has WAY too many patients and you have to wait months to see him . You WILL wait in the waiting room and room for at 30 minutes. It's maddening!
Have been a patient for many years, Dr. Earp himself is excellent but for some reason they really struggle to find good staff. Getting a return phone call from his staff is impossible. If you are willing to deal with a horrible support staff Dr. Earp himself is a great guy , very knowledgeable and spends plenty of time explaining everything you need to know. The bad stars are for his support staff, he himself is 5 stars!
OFFICE IS ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY! If you won't let them copy your credit card on their copy machine to keep "on file", they don't want anything to do with you. Shame on them, don't they know that is not secure and banks have strict regulations about that?
It is truly a shame Dr. Earp does not get paid more for making me healthy. Each time he has referred me to specialists for sleep disorders and allergies, I have followed his advice and the specialists'. As a result, my health improved and my visits to his office to get these problems treated decreased the number of visits to his office and increased my overall quality of life. He is the best primary care provider I have ever known and a great example for any primary care doctor to follow in patient care.
Way too many problems here: Signed up for physical, but not given and not billed as preventative exam;started on cholesterol meds. w/no follow-up; wrong codes submitted and took months to straighten out; wham/bam physical, not even disrobing, left exam room w/o saying he did not plan to return, yet patient not finished explaining symptoms; told several times Rx called in, but not there when made trip to drug store; wrong codes submitted for billing to insurance co. and lab, taking months to straighten out. Basically one problem after another and no apologies from this dude. Good riddance!
