The communication in with is staff was none. The PA left out of the room and Dr. Moore came in said he wanted to order lab work for infection. Then he left. Next comes a nurse with a needle full of medicine. She left out several times because I asking question such as what is that for no one said anything about giving me a shot. I did not pay my copay when I arrived at the office and I did not want to go to check out and my copay included a charge for a shot. Next the PA comes in and she is preparing to give me a shot when I said again, what are we doing, I need to understand what is the plan, I need to make sure I hear you and you understand me. She rolled her chair away from me like there was a problem with me asking about the plan. So I explain to her from the beginning how several people have come in and out of the room with half the information about a plan of treatment. Dr Moore came in and said pulling blood for lab work, Nurse come in with needle, PA comes back in to inject the medicine and hand me prescription for lab work and bone scan. Wait where did the blood scan come from, who said that? Which I had no problem with I just need to understand what the heck was going on and what is the plan. I complete the test that was ordered and come to my follow up appt and was told that it took them a while to pull up my test result. So, you mean you have not pulled my results until my appointment, wow. I get in the room with the PA again and she said everything looks fine. I pulled and saw my test result before my appointment, 1 my blood results are all over the scale, 2. the PA said the bone scan looked fine. But she was reading the impression not the finding. I felt like the PA was saying that my pain is in my head. But I am not sure how you make yourself swell, and how you get your blood result to be all over the scale. Even more so how to get the bone scan to show everything is find in the impression but the finding show periprosthetic uptake and uptake along the patellar component on one knee and degenerative change on the other knee and everything looks fine. I am still in pain and not can’t lay on the right side without a now numbing pain. But everything looks fine and there is not exploratory surgery for knees and I need muscle strengthen.
