My first appointment was over a month after my phone call. It was not worth the wait. The final straw came when I called at 9:10 am to refill a prescription; I called again at 1:15. Since my pharmacy closed at 5:00 pm and I was leaving town the next morning, I went to the doctor's office to wait. Upon arrival, the staff told me she had left the office due to an "emergency". I never received the refill. Very poor attitude.
