Ratings for Dr. Stuart S. Kassan
How can he get a 5 in punctuality when he has several 1's and 3's, that does not make sense. Also, there is no way he can average a 5 with all the 2's, 2 1/2's and 3's, wha t kind of rating system are you using? This is what his real rating should look like.
Dr Stuart Kassan is worth his weight in gold! He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and worth every minute of he 4 hrs I usually spend waiting to see him. Truly wish here were more doctors out there with his knowledge an dedication to their patients.
I have been shuffled around from doctor to doctor and thank you sweet baby JESUS that I finally found Dr. Kassan. I am a 25 year old woman with fibromyalgia and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. If it weren't for Dr. Kassan, I would be crippled over in pain, being ignored by other doctors and looked at as a druggie just trying to get pain meds. He really cares, he believed me..he helped me. He saved my back and my career. He's so aggressive with a treatment plan, and yes I waited like two hours, but whats more important? Your errands or your life? To me, I would wait days for this man's help and advice. If you don't wait to be seen, you wont live long enough to complain about your "wait times." Life isn't always a rush game. I do notice people in Colorado are insanely impatient. But Dr. Kassan is a god send to the medical field. If you need a rheumatologist...THERE IS NO ONE BETTER THAN KASSAN.
Absolutely horrible office staff, with no customer service skills Dr. Kassan is very knowledgeable, and helpful, once you actually see him. I sat in the office for over an hour with out anyone saying hi or checking me in. When I knocked on the door to ask someone for an eta to see the doctor I received dirty looks and was informed that I should just wait. I asked to reschedule my appointment and I was meet with more dirty looks and attitude. I asked the receptionist for her managers name, and this prompted even more nasty comments from the office girl. A simple smile and apology for the delay would have done wonders, instead I received attitude and dirty looks. Too bad, Dr. Kassan seems great, but I won't pay anyone to treat me the way his office did today. He is not the only Rheumatologist in the Denver metro area.
I have been seeing Dr. Kassan for three years. At first the wait was worth it. Dr. Kassan seems to care about his patients, but if he is aware of us waiting so long every visit, I begin to wonder. What is the purpose for us all waiting so long? Since moving to his new office I am now waiting close to 4 hours! Once I finally see him he is so rushed he forgets what he diagnosed me of so I cannot get a correct diagnosis. He never tells me what blood test he orders or what the results are. I am spinning my wheels here and need to move on. What a shame due to poor office management.
Unfortuneately I had an appointment booked with eith to ten other patients at the same time. I waited over three and a half hours. In that time no one came out of to the reception area to say sorry we are behing, or offerred any explanation at all. Seems its par for the course from reading the other commnets. I am a human being, not a patient. fu.
The wait is long, if you are prepared you can make the most of it. Dr Kassan is great, they cannot seem to get my prescriptions called in to Wal-green. Waiting for results to be called back is frusterating. You have to be on it. They don't call you back. Again, Dr. Kassan is wonderful, most of the staff is good, but the scripts and results call backs leave a lot to be desired. Need process help.
I am a physician. I saw Dr. Kassan 2 times and think he is the worst sort of doctor--maximizing his income at the expense of other people's time health, and money. He did an improper evaluation, gave me an incorrect diagnosis, and inappropriate treatment, charging me an exorbitant fee for a supposed several hour appointment that in reality only lasted a few minutes and during which he hardly laid a hand on me. (My insurance company pays, of course, so who cares? I do, and so should you.) After the first, unsatisfying visit, I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to a second visit. As is his usual practice, he again booked me at the same time he booked a dozen other people, and so I waited three hours before seeing him (for which time he later billed me). His X-ray tech did not show up for needed x-rays, but that did not deter him from going ahead with his incorrect diagnosis and treatment plan. I later got a correct diagnosis and treatment--from another doc.
