Ratings for Dr. Mark G. Webb
I have been a patient of Dr Webb for 9 years and can say with all my confidence and heart that Dr Webb is the BEST Doctor you will find! You may wait up to 20 minutes to see the Doctor, but the only reason is because he spends as much time with his patients as the patient needs. Doctor actually listens to your questions and concerns. He NEVER makes you feel rushed (even if you made the appointment for one thing, but take his time to disuss every other ailment). Doctor is kind and gentle and caring and I could go on all day! I hear so many people talk unkindly about their Doctors saying their Dr's are pushy and dont take time to listen or show they care. You will NEVER experience that with Dr Webb. You will leave his office knowing you had the best care possible. When you visit the Doctors office you are greeted by Joy who always has a warm smile and every employee is caring and kind. The nurse practioner is also wonderful! Overall a GREAT experience! I reccomend Dr Webb to ANYONE!
Dr. Webb is the best doctor you can find for your baby.He is the most humble and respectful doctor you can find, he takes parents' wishes and input into consideration. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and very good with kids. I highly recommend him to anyone.
We started seeing Dr. Webb in 1998 after a horrible experience with another doctor I took a chance on because we had just moved to AZ. My son was starting school (1st grade) in two days. Oh how I wish we'd found Dr. Webb first! He goes beyond what is needed and gives you his undivided attention, no matter how long it may take to answer your questions. Yes, the waiting room can get backed up when he has an emergency or needs to take more time with a patient, but that is a small price to pay for his excellent service. We travel a lot and there have been times when it was impossible for me to get ahold of a physician (and did NOT want to go to the ER). Dr. Webb always came through for us. By calling his answering service we were able to get his return call within minutes -- and this has happened at least a half dozen times. I HATE it when a doctor cuts you off in mid-thought because he's too busy. Dr. Webb doesn't treat his patients like that. He is an A+ doctor.
Dr Webb is an internist as well as a pediatrician. I chose him when he came to see my baby as the on call ped at Scottsdale Shea and actually changed his diaper. That was 11 years ago and both my baby and I have seen him ever since. As a former surgical tech from Ohio, I was so happy to find a caring, compassionate doctor and even with all of the off the wall things that seem to come to my family he has doctored us through it all and I would never switch doctors.
Dr. Webb is unusually kind and knowledgeable. He really listens to what you say and he can think "outside of the box." His style is a lot like an old-fashioned family doctor. His office is not high-tech or fancy, but I think he's the best doctor around!
As both a Pediatrician and GP, Dr. Webb is by FAR the best doctor I've had. He has a quiet intellectual approach to his practice. He respects a parents perspective and incorporates your opinion into his vs a dismissive approach so many other Drs have. He will spend as much time as needed with you. He will go above and beyond outside of business hours to help. Sometimes this may cause a backup in the waiting room and can be a price to pay. I figure he gives his time when with a patient and that is just a small thing to get his complete attention when with you.
Doc Webb has been my GP for over 5 years. He is compasionate and always takes the time to listen and is interested in sharing his knowledge regarding many aspect of various health issue. He is a responsible doctor in the respect that if he is unsure of his answers or diagnosis he kindly refers me to another doctor. His staff has always been helpful and prompt in returning my calls and they are sure to get back to me within a day and usually the same day. Overall, after many health issues, hyperthyroidism, degenerative cervical disc disease, heart anyeurism and the more common issues ie. Sinus infections, rash, medications etc. I rate him Top of the line, which is VERY VERY VERY hard to find these days. I am so thankful and feel lucky that I have him for my regular G.P.
