This review is for Dr. Rudolph Soto only. Dr. Soto took over my dentist’s practice (Dr. Rose) in San Jose, after my dentist became ill. I had a TMJ condition which Dr. Rose had been treating conservatively with success. Dr. Soto was very aggressive. He convinced me to allow him to begin orthodontia treatment. The orthodontia treatment was a disaster. It caused me pain and altered my bite to the point that my teeth no longer came together. My jaw joint was in a degenerative condition, and it was later determined by a TMJ expert that orthodontia treatment on a patient with an unstable TMJ is contraindicated. I believe the orthodontia treatment was motivated by monetary interests. Be careful! Get a second opinion before undergoing aggressive treatment for a TMJ condition.
