No real discussion of procedures ahead of time or during root canal and afterwards he just left the room without saying anything. I had an awful amount of pain afterwards and got conflicting information regarding post surgery care from the girls at the counter, I wish they had a information sheet they could give you afterwards since this was my 1st root canal, superficial conflicting advice was just confusing. I did have an infection in the area which continued to get worse, the dentist told me it was unrelated to the tooth and should see a general doctor! I couldn't get to the doctor right away because I had already taken so much time off for the tooth, so the pain and infection just got worse. I went here because he took my insurance and it was supposedly an ok place but now I regret it, should have paid out of pocket and gone someplace better.

This was my first root canal and I did a lot of research beforehand; there were so many horror stories on-line...I was scared to death by the time I arrived at his office. I told Dr. Roumani and his staff that I was very scared and Dr. Roumani went above and beyond to make me feel better. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it and he constantly asked me how I was doing. There was some pain but not nearly what I thought it was going to be. Dr. Roumani was amazing and I highly recommend him for anyone's root canal, especially a first timer like me.

I was very anxious in getting my first root canal procedure, but Dr. Roumani did an excellent job. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Definitely an ideal experience for a not so ideal situation. I highly recommend this office.

i drove all the way from philadelphia to his office in maryland since my fiance recommended him, and it was worth it...believe me. When I got back, my dentist checked his work and confirmed that Dr. Romani did a wonderfull job. Paid the extra gas but got the extra care 8-)
