Dr Weisberg Is the best Dr. I have ever seen and I would recommend him to anyone I know He really cares about his patients. He takes his time to talk with me and cares about as if he is a good friend. Anyone who wants a doctor who cares should try him!

He put me on a medicine that was incredibly addicting. When we decided to go off of it, he stopped me cold turkey which sent me into 2 months of hell from such terrible withdrawal symptoms. He claimed to never have heard of such things and that they were in my head. Recent research proves quite the contrary.

I completly agree with the first comment entry above. Dr Weisberg. was the worst doctor I ever saw, multiplied my existing health issues due to his perscription methods, constantly changing perscriptions and could care less about anything except his fees. I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone for any reason whatsoever. His office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with and talk down to you like you are a nobody who better have their insurance card pinned to their clothes. This of course is only MY OPINION, but I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone for any reason.

DR. WEISBERG SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND YOUR WHOLE ENTIRE "SYNDROME" AS HE CALLS IT. EVERY PATIENT WILL HAVE THEIR OWN AND HE USES YOUR NAME IN IT. HE HAS A GOOD BESIDE MANNER, FUNNY, CARING, CHARISMATIC, HOWEVER...BEWARE. HE WILL PRESCRIBE YOU MEDS, AND LOTS OF THEM. HE WILL CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS RATES AND HIS PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE ABOVE THE NORMAL DOSAGES APPROVED BY THE FDA. I BELIEVE HIS GOAL IS TO GET YOU TO BELIEVE YOU NEED THESE PILLS FOR YOUR SYNDROME, AND SINCE THE DOSAGES ARE SO HIGH, NOBODY ELSE WILL PRESCRIBE THEM TO YOU. THIS IS THE CATCH 22. YES, THEY DO WORK (MOST OF THE TIME AFTER TONS OF TRIAL AND ERROR..FRUSTRATING). BUT THEN WHEN YOU WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU CANNOT. HE GETS YOU TO BELIEVE YOU NEED THEM, HIM, AND IN THOSE DOSAGES TO MAINTAIN YOUR LEVELS OF EMOTIONAL WELL BEING. THEN HE JACKS UP HIS RATES ON YOU. SO THERE YOU HAVE IT..QUITE SIMPLE, QUITE INTELLIGENT, A PERFECT BUSINESS PLAN IN MY OPINION! JOB WELL DONE! YOUR LIFE IS AT THE MERCY OF PILLS.

I have gone to Dr. Weisberg for more than 20 years. He has always been right on the mark with his diagnoses. I have been in for a variety of ailments over the past 20 years, he has always proved to be knowledgeable. I had adult chicken-pox, and I was immediately given meds that eased what would have been an extremely miserable illness. He analyzes symptoms and orders proper testing that prevents suffering. My daughter is now old enough to see him, and she finds him very easy to talk with, also. If I could give Dr. Weisberg a rating higher than 5, I would.

This internist prescribed a psychiatric medication for a disorder which I was later determined not to have. I went to him for a first time check-up, and told him that I was feeling irritable.I had a history of mild depression, and at times took an antidepressants, which were helpful. I was not experiencing any significant depression at that time, and was, in fact, starting a new job. He diagnosed me as having bipolar disorder, and prescribed an atypical antipsychotic (I had no psychotic symptoms). The medication made me feel agitated, but he recommended that I continue to up the dose because the effect would eventually reverse at a higher dose. It did not, and I wanted to discontinue it. He discontinued it very rapidly, and I developed a medication discontinuation syndrome, with panic and akasthesia. I had to go to an ER to be treated by a psychiatrist. Following that, I developed a severe depression. Because my brain could no longer tolerate any antidepressant medication, I had to be hospitalized and received Electro Convulsive Therapy. It has been a year, and I have still not return
