Ratings for Dr. Andrew L. Rubman
Positive reviews most likely written by his staff. Oh did you guys get butt hurt because of the negative reviews? Most likely. Rubman is ok it's the nasty moody women in that office. His wife, Charlene, and Tanika. Rude they speak ill of others - Like Raistrick 10 times better
A friend referred me to this office. It was ok. Nothing phenomenal or spectacular. Not fond of office staff. I chose to go elsewhere . Different strokes for different folks. People have different opinions - some just have to accept that fact
Most likely great reviews written by his wife or staff. Lol. I've gone to this office and so has a family member. Susan, was always nasty and seemed threatened by me. Dr, R is so full of himself. Charlene, is abrasive and rude. Dr T. Has an attitude often. I go elsewhere now. I'm sure Susan wrote a great review on her hubby. Lol!!! There just jerks and can't handle it!!!
The reviews below are totally ridiculous. Our family has been going to Dr. Rubman for over 26 years and our children continue to go to him as adults. Not sure what the other reviews are about, perhaps written by the same disgruntled person as they seem to have a common theme. I have also received help from Dr. Johnson and have found her to be professional, kind and compassionate. Both Drs. Rubman and Johnson are great listeners. You walk out of the office with a full understanding of what's going on in your body. Of course they recommend supplements! They're naturopaths. Supplements build up your bodies immune system so you can enjoy good health. To characterize them as "pushing supplements" is akin to saying an MD "pushes drugs" and yet the reviewers seem to have no problem with that. Some herbs and some tinctures along with lifestyle changes are also recommended. And no one forces you to take anything. Both these doctors have kept our family in great health. Dr. Rubman's advice kept our children healthy through childhood and we totally avoided many illnesses that are considered "typical". Furthermore, Charlene has always been helpful, kind and compassionate and very good at what she does. She always makes patients feel comfortable. I am the type of person that if, after a few visits, I do not receive help, I move on to another doctor. We've been going here 26+ years, that should speak for itself.
I have been a pt of dr Rubmans for many years and as I read these comments I am shocked to hear all these things about this office. Dr Rubman is very knowledgable and very compassionate. Dr Johnson the few times I met with her is ver thoural and takes her time to diagnose you, and as far as the office staff Charlene has always been courteous and always helpful as far as scedualing to get me in for any type of emergency.
A friend told me to try Dr. Johnson. I went a few times. I wasn't comfortable with her. She gets short when you question her about stuff . Didn't feel like she was really listening to me . Disliked front office staff - seemed gruff. I chose to go elsewhere
I've seen Dr. Johnson a few times. Wasn't fond of her personality. I feel she doesn't belong in Southbury atmosphere ( more like the city) she didn't help me at all. They push a lot of vitamins and supplements. Don't care for Charlene or Susan either. Have intent to look elsewhere
Was a pt. for about a year. Going for some stomach issues. He didn't seem sincere. They push a lot of supplements. Seems like a very $$$ hungry office. Can't stand his wife Susan. Dr. Johnson I happen to like better- but sometimes I get impression that they show care and concern. When they actually just care for your $$$$ and not you as the pt. not a fan of Dr. rubman. He seems to get full of himself
