Ratings for Dr. Raymond F. Caron
The doctor is great. He is on his second generation with my daughter now. His staff is completely awful. If it wasn't for the doc, I wouldn't go there. His staff never does what they are suppose to, and it's really frustrating. May trips to pharmacies with no meds called in and multiple phone calls back to them to check status. It's always we Will call you back in ten min, and never get called back.
Staff is very cold & wife runs office. They ignore you @ the desk. Waiting room is outdated & dark, but bathroom is clean. Only saw Dr. once out of 3 appts. He's always "on his way" in. When we did see him, he was about 30 minutes late. The other TWO times, the waiting room was full w/ppl standing. He was already an hour late and "on the way"...both times! We didn't stick around long enough him to get there to see all the sick kids whose appts he was extremely late for. The plus is he's very nice & loving towards the children. Also, he does NOT turn away ANY sick child (insurance or not, appointment or not)...and that is so rare. I would have loved to have kept him as our PCP but he needs to hire another doc or 2, remodel his waiting room, & get his staff some customer service training. I hate that a ped's office has signs that basically restrict all movement of children. They can only wait so long patiently, quietly & w/o food/drink. We were forced to find another pediatrician.
