Ratings for Dr. Mary D. DeFigard
I don't appreciate waiting 45 minutes to be then told it might be another 30 minutes and do I want to reschedule. I was told I should call and ask how late she is running. I think I ought to be called to say her waiting time is 90 minutes. My time has to be worth more. I will look for another doctor who respects my time and what an appointment time means(within 15 minutes at least) Is it OK if I show 60 minutes late?
she is ok if you have a cold but she even prescribed the wrong antibiotic for me. She is out of her league when dealing with situations that involve hospitalization. Do NOT go to her for anything other than the common cold. You will regret it with your health.
I have been with Dr. De Figard for many years (over 30). My experience has been great. She takes whatever time is needed with each patient -- yes that may mean you have to wait sometimes, but you know you will get her time too. Her memory is amazing. I will come in with a problem or suggestion for what I need to do and she may say "you did xxx so many years ago and it didn't/did help." She is very willing to pursue alternatives paths (e.g., physical therapy) rather than medication. She is always willing to learn new options for her patients. She listens to what I have to say and cares what happens. +++++++++++
