My daughter had a cleaning done and they gave her fillings. Metal fillings are covered, and porcelain are limited coverage. They gave her porcelain fillings without asking us if we were willing to cover the out of pocket expenses and because she was over 18, they said they didn’t have to. When I tried to set up a payment plan because I couldn’t pay the full balance of $252, they took my one payment of $50, then sent a note saying they would send us to collections unless we paid the balance in one day.
