Ratings for Dr. Nathan W. Hales
Dr. Hales is one of a kind, believes in the way a Dr. should treat his/her patients. With kindness, understanding. He takes his time with you, explaining everything to your satisfaction. During and after surgery, he's there with follow up questions /answers with family members. Staff is great. Wish every Dr and office worked like this.
Discovered tonsillar cancer saved my life! Provided treatment plan coordinated with Start Center for chemotherapy and head and neck radiation and gave me confidence and Hope. The treatment began Oct. 2009 stage IV when discovered and ended April 2010. Still here on planet earth and thriving and surviving a man of Faith and Goodwill as well as knowledgeable and caring. Would use no other ENT for my care. Thank you Dr Hales and staff give years and found strong!
Dr Hales is a very good Surgeon, He has a lot of knowledge in his field and strives to be one of the best. If I need any surgery I would use him again. One down side is, if you have any unhealthy habits it will be the main cause of your issues.
Dr. Hales is an excellent surgeon. He will spend time with you during your exam and make sure you are very comfortable with your situation. He performed my thyroid lobectomy last month. He performed only the surgery that was needed. The recovery was better than expected. The only downside is that he seems to run at least 45 minutes late. He is a great doctor and surgeon and worth the wait!
Dr. Hales is extremely caring for all of his patience, and takes extreme caution to make sure you are knowledgeable about your circumstances, and only recommends what is necessary. He will see all patience, but compassionately focuses on head and neck cancer in children. I highly recommend Dr. Hales as your family ENT!
