I was sent off to a rude nurse and did not get my answers to the questions. I then called to get my records so that I could ask another doctor the questions and was treated very rudely again. When I called today to postpone my surgery since the Holidays interfered with my second opinion, I was told that they cancelled my surgery. How unprofessional can an office be? Because I picked up my records, you cancel my surgery?
