Ratings for Dr. Sheila A. Bond
Not flexible with scheduling follow up appointments. Had the office call me several times to cancel/reschedule. And only giving a window Tuesday or Wednesday appointments. The listing that was provided by the office for lymphatic massages is dated. So far 3 of the numbers I called are not working or incorrect. Doctor took a leave of absence in June and clients are being told she’s not returning til September. And the doctors she’s referring us to for follow ups will see us BUT if there is something that needs to be done will come out of our pocket.
the after care i received after my breast reduction was horrible starting from the recovery room, the dr stood a few feet away from my bed and didn't come to ask me how i was doing, the receptionist is the worst she screams, give you a third degree, and argue with you before she will connect you to the nurse let alone the dr, the worst of all is that i have a big problem with one of my breast; it have painful lumps , split in several parts which the dr said she can't do anything about.
Dr. Bond is an excellent surgeon. Her skill and training in achieving optimal results surpassed my expectations as a patient. The attentiveness of the office staff made the process easy. I received excellent care received by both doctor and staff !
Very disappointed with Dr. Bond. She really has a way of making you feel uncomfortable and awkward. She tends to laugh 'at you' which is a bit strange -- but besides that, she is incompetent and mediocre at best when it comes to fillers/injections. A couple of staff members are really tough with strong personalities and have said some really inappropriate things to me. Stay away!!
