This doctor was polite, friendly, had a sense of humor, treated me with respect, and broke the tension. When I tried to read the letters, it was too blurry. I started to tear up. He said, "I had no idea you would get emotional on me," as he handed me a tissue. His nice gesture meant a lot. When I noticed that loose change dropped from my pocket onto the floor, I explained he was younger than I, in much better shape, I was not rich, and asked him to retrieve it for me. This gentleman made a sarcastic, playful comment, then got down on his hands and knees and crawled behind the machine to retrieve my change. He was polite and well mannered. Unfortunately, I relocated to another state, and never saw him again. That is a shame, because he is a good doctor. His staff was helpful. I have nothing negative to say about my experience.
