The office manager Kim receptionists Tessa and Maria are 3 of the rudest I have EVER dealt with . Dr Kanji was covering for my daughters Dr , we left a message on their voice mail, 3 days went by when we called again. We were answered with the following " you didn't leave your name ( a lie of course we did , either way you call the number and ask if anyone called the Dr right)? Then she stupidly asserted " you are lucky it's only been 3 days it's usually longer "!!!! Are you actually saying this out loud ? When we asked her name she didn't want to tell us but eventually did then hung up on us !!!! Then we called back and encountered TESSA as if we weren't treated rudely by vilan #1 this unpleasant person was as rude and didn't want to give her name nor did she readily tell us the office managers name ! We finally got both and she made some rude comment and hung up!!! Then the office manager KIM Another nightmare All I have to say is a fish typically stinks from the head down This demeanor must be ok with Kanji otherwise these 3 stooges would be given the swift boot!!! This place is an embarrassment ! This is a psychiatrists office , are u kidding me ? Look on yelp at all of the terrible reviews they've gotten There aren't any ratings bad enough to express my feelings
She does not care about her patients. She is never on time and she rushes you out of her office once you finally see her. If you go in with a diagnosis and already have a medicine that works for you, you're fine because she will just write you a prescription. But if you seriously need to talk to a knowledgeable doctor and want to figure out how to really deal with whatever you are going through, do not go to her. I was charged a copay to get my prescription refilled-without talking to her!
Horrible practice, shady CASH only very shady feels like your buying a knock off hand bag in an alley, all around concerning should be investigated. Why cash only, please IRS look into, and look at billing compared to what actually transpired seemed a bit questionable...all around never experienced any think like this from beginning to end.I ca See why all the bad concerning reviews especially concerning with this particular field. Prefer tp rate below one star but could not.
Horrendous experience. Had appointment with the doctor, but was seen and inproperly prescribed by a physician's assistant. My health insurance just dropped her. Unethical, unprofessional, should not be allowed to practice medicine. Very dangerous.
All Dr. Kanji cares about is making money. She does not care about the well being of her patients at all. She claims that she dropped a major insurance company that I have insurance with and had her receptionist call me to tell me I need to pay out of pocket for my upcoming visit, which was suppose to be a few days after this call, or to find another doctor. I need refills on my prescription and the only way she would fill it is it I came in and paid out of pocket a large sum of money. She has put me at risk for leaving me without a refill of my medication until I can find a new doctor. Like I said all she cares about is money and her patients are just dollar signs to her.
Adsolutley horrible. Mercenary money maker with no regard proper business ethics. Overbooks, spends 5 min max while jumping from patient room to room. Wait time for appointments always exceeds an hour. A major insurance carrier just dumped her because of her ethics and practices. I would trust my problems to the local butcher before her. Stay away. Choose another doctor!!!
Dr. Kanji is more than a great doctor. Dr. Kanji is a healer. Dr. Kanji intuitively and medically knows her patients and she provides excellent care. Dr. Kanji helps her patients to reach their goals and function at their optimal level at home and at work. I am grateful to be under her care!
Been seeing Dr. Kanji for over ten years. Always found her to be courteous and very helpful. I would not go anywhere else. Her receptionists have always treated me very nicely and I've never encountered any problems with the staff or the doctor.
Pathetic excuse for a doctor. Shows NO compassion doesn't even remember her patients. Asks the same two questions and writes a script all in 5 minutes. Just looking for money doesn't care otherwise. Staff sucks! they are all mean and nasty who don't care about anyone either. I cannot believe that this doctor is still in business. Too bad I didn't look at reviews before seeing her I would have saved myself a lot of time! WORTHLESS!
