Constantly late (45 minutes +), whether it's an afternoon appointment or first thing in the morning. Starting to make you feel like you're a burden on his time. Don't even think about asking about more than one topic. One question/issue per appointment is all you get. Just not the same Doc he was a few years ago. I'm going to look for a new guy, one with a little more helpful/cheerful attitude.

Very rude and unhelpful. He wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to tell him what was wrong and didn't check it out. I've never had a bad experience with a Dr. at Kaiser before, so I was really surprised and upset about this encounter.

Has changed from warm and good humored to a grumpy and harried seeming. I feel like an unwelcome intruder in his exam room. I wonder what is causing this stark change. He must be very busy, because he farms out patient contact to unqualified and hard to understand staff.

Does seem to be overworked and it shows. Constantly behind and usual cheerfulness no longer exists. Means well and has a good heart, but appears to be burnt out. Always looks tired. Hint: catch him in the morning before Kaiser drives him to the brink with excessive number of patients to see. Hang in there Doc, we wish you the best.

He does not pay attention and seems overworked. I think he is burnt out. Trying to get him to fulfill my requests for preventive tests is like pulling teeth lately. Previously, his attitude was much more helpful and focused.
