My glasses were ordered on April 9th and I did not receive a call that they were ready until almost 29 days later. Dr. Bram is very thorough with his process, however the wait time for getting my glasses is pretty bad.

It's been over two weeks no glasses or contact lenses. Ordered both keep being told to wait 2 days eveytime i call.

It has taken over 3 weeks to get a pair of glasses that were ordered for my 11 year old child. The receptionist at this office has been lying for over a week, with several different excuses as to why the glasses were not in yet. 1st they were in and just waiting on insurance. Then they weren't in and being sent from the lab. Then the lab hadn't sent them prior to that day, but sent them right before I spoke with her and were to be in the office by Thursday. She said they would then be in on Friday, which they weren't and when I tried to contact the office the phone rang for 6 minutes. I walked in the office asking for a paper copy of the prescription and was told that they do not keep copies of patients scripts once they are sent to the lab and that the Dr. would call the lab to figure out where the glasses are. It has been 3 weeks, and still no glasses for my son, and the receptionist is continuing to lie and nothing has been resolved.
