Ratings for Dr. Robert S. Knego
I took my elderly mother to Dr. Knego on the recommendation from another orthopedic physician for treatment of a serious neck fracture. Dr. Knego was condescending, rude, unempathetic and impatient with her. It is apparent he is not interested in treating geriatric patients and it shows in every way possible. He may be talented but if you have a older parent needing treatment, my advise is to run the other way. Also, you will likely see his PA instead of Dr. Knego initially and he is much more informative, helpful and listens but in the end it is Dr. Knego who you are seeking treatment from.
Great Neurosurgeon! He does fantastic job in the O.R. His office needs help with returning phone calls, & personality of his staff is sadly lacking. If you want pain relief after surgery, choose a different doctor. But, if you want surgery done correctly, hes still the best.
Yes, I gave Dr. Knego 5 out of 5 stars in all categories! He helped my daughter w/ a problem thst most people have never heard of. That was 2 yrs ago come October. Very knowledgeable, compassionate. Explained things so that we understood & answered most of our questions before we asked. I would recommend him w/ confidence.
Highly recommend Dr Knego ! Very knowledgable and willing to answer questions. Has earned his great reputation!
As far as I am concerned, Dr. Knego is the only Neuro Surgeon to go to. He is the best there is and his nurses Debbie and Susan are just as wonderful! All of them are helpful and very sympathetic of your pain. I like Dr. Knego because he doesn't just prescribe you some pain pills and lets you go. He truly evaluates you and explains everything to you in detail and in a way you can understand it. He treats your problem he doesn't cover it up. He's a wonderful Dr.! Thank you Dr. Knego for all you have done for me!
