Sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes to an hour. Rushed us in and rushed us out. Did not want to fully answer our questions in any detail. Formulated a conclusion of what the patient was suffering from, which later started to affect the other ligament; in this case same things were symptoms. Had the patient get out of the wheelchair and climb up to the bed, even though she has difficulty walking. Did not provide the proper paperwork and had to wait another 1 1/2 to have the proper paperwork sent over for x-rays. Not practicing an ethical and respectable manner for the patient. Made the patient feel that she was uneducated, and worthless.
