Dr. Zell is too busy. I had seen him three times and always waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment. He is quick to suggest surgery and wasn't at all happy when I chose to pursue a less invasive route of treatment. It's been a year and the pain I had is gone through ART (Active Release) therapy and haven't yet had surgery. Not saying I won't need it in the future but why rush into it? I'm healthy. I won't seek out Dr. Zell when or if I do require surgery though.

Dr. Zell is a very nice and amiable fellow. He did a great job on my shoulder but I wish more attention had been paid to my pain after the surgery. I had to spend the first two days afterward so doped up that it made me very nauseous. After that things got a bit better.
