My doctor was unavailable so scheduling asked if i wanted to see Dr.Salay. I needed to refill my medication really didn't have a choice. She kept me waiting in the room over 45 minutes and entered with no apology or explanation. She then questioned me as to why i just didn't ask my other doctor at a previous visit ( it was my first gyne appointment i think it was enough trauma for one day). When i asked her a question about the medication i was starting she said I DON'T KNOW! and left it at that! Worst expierence at the cleveland clinic i have ever had i felt judged unwelcome and uncomfortable!

Dr. Salay was very attentive, and took her time with me. Seemed to be very knowledgable.
