Dr. Jacobs is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He always takes time to answer questions or concerns. His nurse, Shana, is awesome.
The front desk needs work. Sometimes they will print out past bills for Flex Spending reimbursement; sometimes they will refer you to the business office. It's also very hard to get them to answer the phones when you need to reschedule. If St. Luke's Physician Partners streamlined their business processes, or if they hired more front desk staff, they might have more time to pick up the phone.
