Her front desk staff is pretty terrible. My contact lenses were never ordered after they said they'd be in in a week. I called two weeks later and still no lenses. After several rude conversations with her staff and no return phone calls I've decided to not return nor will my family.

Have been a patient for 3 years. Unable this time to find a contact lens Rx to fit me. Even after changing me to a different brand, still no fit. That is acceptable, but what isn't, is that they charged me for the first pair, as well as the second pair of lenses. There was no communication from them as to this. I finally convinced them I would pay the fitting fee and walk away. Account settled. Six months later, I receive a bill for the shipping and late charge on the contacts I DON"T HAVE! Really? Proceed with caution!!!
