Ratings for Dr. James J. Fitzgibbons
Rude, uncaring...took a month to finally diagnose a fracture in my upper arm. His attitude was well you're half way to it being healed. Told me to being doing over head stretches for the first month then told me not to move my arm from side- but said a sling won't help, just hold it there. Staff seem pressured, getting questions answered is difficult to impossible. He may be a very knowledgeable doctor, but he needs to listen to his patients and recognize they are in pain, not being a pain who pays his salary!
Have seen this doctor many times and so have family members. A few surgeries later, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. A quality guy who is so down to earth and not 'full of himself'. I have to have a shoulder repaired and this doctor is doing it.The best.
