I had to change to a different dentist. The receptionist was so rude to me on the phone I finally told her I might have to find another dentist because of it to which she replied "that's fine, go ahead" then hung up on me. I called the next day after fuming about it to tell Dr. Enloe why I would be switching dentists and how I really liked him and his hygienists, but refused to be treated so badly. Unfortunately, the same receptionist told me Dr. Enloe doesn't speak to patients on the phone. I need to leave a message with her, she tells him the message, he tells her what to say, then she will call me back. Needless to say, I never got a call back. Dr. Enloe, my whole family has left your practice due to your rude receptionist.
