I was terrified when I went to his office to get my painful toe repaired, & dr. Patel was the nicest, most calming, sensitive Dr. I have met in a long time! He reassured me, and did take very good care of me! Wonderful Dr.!!!!

Dr. Patel is amazing and will go above and beyond for his patients. I had bunion surgery in August and a few other foot procedures last year. He was super professional and the surgery was easy and painless. He is so kind to his patients and I really can't say enough good things about him. His staff is also amazing. They are always so kind and helpful and I really enjoy going to the office! I have already recommended Dr. Patel to my family, friends and would recommend him to anyone.

After Dr. Patel performed an operation on my foot he failed to acknowledge the procedure was unsuccessful even though I was in pain and had difficulties walking. I had to seek another doctor who had to perform two painful "revision" surgeries to correct the problem. One of my toes is now fused in place and another toe is useless. Dr. Patel never followed up to see if the pain had stopped and I could walk again--he showed no interest.

Biography

Dr. Patel is a board certified foot surgeon with over 23 years of experience in his medical field. His goal is to make sure his patients' feet are pain free while providing good, honest, and compassionate foot care. Dr. Patel began his education at SUNY Stony Brook, NY, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry. After, he received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency training at the VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT. Dr. Patel maintains multiple memberships with podiatric associations around the country, including the American Podiatric Medical Association. Through these associations and his drive to know the latest in medical technology, Dr. Patel is able to offer innovative treatments that effectively treat not only the symptoms of your foot pain, but any underlying causes as well/
