Totally unprofessional and highly impersonal experience. I was sent for a consultation to determine why a new root canal kept reinfecting. Randy's greeting was cold and totally different from the next patient who entered. Dr and his assistant are very cold and indifferent, they don't make you feel comfortable at all, and it's all business. First Dr said it was probably a cyst below the tooth, later he got addl xrays from my dentist and I was told over the phone to see another endodontist for an evaluation to potentially have an apicoectomy. I asked to speak directly w/the Dr. and Randy, the receptionist, basically refused this. So I paid for nothing, now have to see another endo for another opinion. By the way, Dr claims digital xrays are too low resolution so insists upon taking old fashioned film exray- rediculous, how can a 1" film show more detail than a high rez digital image which can be enlarged, adjusted for contrast etc.
