The staff person at Danvers Lahey is wonderful. Her staff at Salem office are rude ...all of them. I am a native English speaker but heard staff yell at patients who had difficulty understanding English.Dr Purcell did a poor job treating my kidney stones, performed a procedure that did not work and then dragged me out for 11 months telling me to keep drinking lots of water, and taking 800 mg ibuprofen every 8 hrs until stones passed. They never did. I got a second opinion and had stones successfully removed, surgically...an option she never advised.
