Cosmetic/elective surgeries should result in feeling more confident in your own skin if you weren’t born with it, right? I entrusted Dr. Niccole at Cosmeticare with this in mind, only to be devastatingly disfigured. Hopeful and excited, we proceeded with a chin implant and facial fat transfers that ended up botched with an oversized, misplaced chin implant and necrotic fatty lumps. I shared my concerns immediately, only to be told it takes time. Understood; however, within that time, I was diagnosed with stage III cancer and spent a painfully long year fighting for my life during treatment. I circled back with Cosmeticare several times regarding my concerns over the results that my friends, family, had been agonizing over. Dr. Niccole continued to placate and deny my concerns, yet finally offered to cover the displaced fat transfer since it would have been tied in with another surgery that I needed to replace a ruptured breast implant found on an MRI during treatment. Around that time, I had incurred a setback in my cancer journey and started to rethink letting Cosmeticare further disfigure me after their pattern of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism in the matter. I underwent a second opinion confirming the disfigurement and decided to have the oversized, misplaced chin implant and dead facial fat removed by a trusted professional outside of Cosmeticare. I have now thrown away roughly $35k for Cosmeticare’s overall negligence, just to return to where I started, accompanied by unnecessary scars both physically and emotionally. I asked Cosmeticare to consider compensating me for a humble fraction of my expenses, where they proceeded to lead me through a variety of mortifying requests, one of which was to prove my cancer diagnosis with pictures of my scars, only to deny any wrongdoing once again. I’m now broken on the inside and the out. Please do yourself and loved ones a favor by finding a more respectful practice that cares about their patients more than their bottom line. I had my first breast augmentation in August of 1996, followed by implant exchange & lift in October of 2006 and most recently, December 15, 2022, implant exchange after rupture & lift. All 3 times I received excellent pre op and post op education & expert care by Dr. Niccole and the CosmetiCare staff. Results exceeded my reasonable expectations, each and every time. I followed the pre op and post op instructions and healed beautifully the first two surgeries and am well on my way to doing so after the most recent surgery. I was extremely nervous this time around, due to the fact that I am sober and have not used opiates for close to a decade. Dr. Niccole is so supportive, went above and beyond every step of the way, reassuring me that we would come up with a plan for opiate free pain management, help me advocate for myself day or surgery in relation to anesthesia and communicating with the anesthesiologist and encouraged me throughout the entire process. It is a pleasant change to feel supported rather than judged after my experience with opioid addiction. To walk out feeling proud of my journey rather than feeling shamed/ashamed is truly a gift. Dr. Niccole is the best of both worlds, an expertly skilled, double board certified surgeon who also happens to be wonderful human being. I strongly recommend Dr. Niccole and CosmetiCare.

I am so disappointed with Dr. Niccole and my surgery. I went to him because of his many years of experience and with his reputation I thought I could trust him. I spent $12,000 on an implant exchange and was excited to see the results. As I was going into the operation, Dr. Niccole told me that he needed to stitch up the sides of my breasts on the inside in order for the surgery to look good. I asked if my recovery would be longer and he said not to worry because he was doing this for free and you wouldn't want to have to have another surgery. After the surgery, I was so disappointed with my results. I actually looked worse than before. How could this be? At my post operation appointment, I found out Dr. Niccole never did the stitching that he said he was going to do and that's why it looked so bad. He now suggested I have another operation to fix it and wanted to charge me for it. To tell a patient what exactly you are going to do during surgery and then not do it is incomprehensible. I am going to have to have my surgery re-done at this point. I am just sick about the whole thing and so wished I had taken more time for consultations with other doctors. Please take my advice and find a different doctor, one you can trust.

Before I found Dr. Niccole, I consulted with 10 or 11 other plastic surgeons. They were all either jerks or as plastic as their surgery. I found Dr. Niccole and he's done work on me ever since. I was in my 40's and basically, I've never had to age, thanks to him. He's done face lifts and tummy tucks that have been so good that no one can believe I'm in my 70's now and no one would ever guess I've had work done. He is also just a remarkable human being and family man, so I can say enough good things about him.

I was a cheerleader for the NFL and I have an athletic body, but before Dr. Niccole's work, I had ugly old lady breasts that sagged. I went to him for my first breast augmentation 20 years ago. He's changed my life. More recently I tore something in one of my breasts when I was exercising, so it was time for an implant exchange. I found out on the day of the surgery that they had to cut my nipples entirely off and cut down the front and side so it looked like an upside down T. I wasn't even scared to hear that, because I knew Dr. Niccole was doing it. It was a no-brainer. My boyfriend (who is a stud) is amazed because he can't even find a scar and they seem totally natural. Another thing about Dr. Niccole is that he will not do work that he doesn't believe in just to get the money. I know because I've referred over 40 people to him. Dr. Niccole does the right size and work for what people really need. And he discourages people from getting surgeries they don't need.

Before I found Dr. Niccole, I'd had work done by two different plastic surgeons, one was a botched tummy tuck that caused necrosis in my whole stomach area. The skin was dead and you could see clear through the blackened skin cells to my stomach. That surgeon tried to fix it with a wound vac which he didn't know how to use, and skin grafts which also turned black, and required the wound vac again. It was a total of 13 surgeries. I was left with my belly button skewed clear to the right side and a patchwork of skin grafts on my stomach area. When I got married, I went to Dr. Niccole to fix the skin grafts and get a breast augmentation. I'm a bigger girl and I wanted bigger breasts that would be proportional to my body. Fixing my belly button was not going to be part of the operation, but Dr. Niccole said he couldn't leave my belly button like that and he fixed it. When I woke up to see my perfect, centered belly button and only a small scar on my pelvis, I was so overwhelmed that I cried. It looks like I only had a c-section.

Dr. Niccole first did a breast implant exchange for me in 2000, when one of my breasts had turned rock-hard because I'd been in a car accident that caused my body to react. It was an ordeal with lots of drainage tubes and pain, but he made me as comfortable as possible and they came out terrific. Recently there was an irregularity on my mammogram and he put his foot down and said that I should have another implant exchange--just to play it safe in case there was a leak. I didn't want to go through it again, but I was amazed at how quickly I recovered. I was on pain killers for a week and when I took the bandages off, I was astonished that I had absolutely no scarring, not even a little red line. I felt so great that I wanted to go biking, but Dr. Niccole told me not to do anything as rigorous as that for a while, or I might end up on the operating table again. So I'm heeding his advice. He also honored my request to make them look natural. At 57 years old, I don't want them too lifted, so he made them a little lower. My husband loves them. I look and feel amazing.

No one Knows Why I Feel 100% Better I've felt unbelievably horrible about my nose my whole life. It's not that it's big or terribly misshapen, but the tip of my nose and the piece of skin between my nostrils protruded. When I smiled, it would hang low and my nostrils would go up. Dr. Niccole needed the smallest amount of explanation and description from me and he knew exactly what I wanted. In addition, he offered to minimize the small bump on the bridge of my nose. Compared to other doctors I consulted with, he was far more caring and accommodating. I got to have my surgery the week following my consultation. He was so nice and thoughtful through the whole process and immediately fixed the small complication I had after surgery. I feel 100% better about my nose now. People who've known me my whole life don't have any idea that I got a nose job, they think it's my hair. I've even gained 15 pounds and look amazing because of what Dr. Niccole did to my nose.

A Caring Perfectionist Who Takes His Time I had another doctor 10 years ago when I got my breast augmentation done. Dr. Niccole is different. He,'s so kind and personable, like an uncle. If there's another patient waiting, he's never rushed or rushing me through questions. He's also a perfectionist and wants to make sure everything is done exactly right. After my breast implant exchange and reduction, he felt that the skin needed to be tightened and my nipples should be reduced and evened out. So he had me come in again. I am so happy I did because the skin was really lose after the procedure. I feel so much better with the smaller size. I'm more proportionate and my husband really likes it.

I've had plenty of physicians in my life and they're always very serious. For me, that's the worst thing. Dr. Niccole is different. When I went in recently for my liposuction and rhinoplasty I was nervous. Dr. Niccole was so lively that it lightened me up and he somehow made me excited about the procedure instead of dreading it. He really knows how to talk to patients. With the rhinoplasty I thought the base of my nose should be very narrow. Dr. Niccole knew it would not look natural to be that narrow. The result is that people know something is different, but they don't know what. With the liposuction on my abs and flanks, I now have my 20-year-old body back. Dr. Niccole never made me feel like I had to get my body "fixed." Just as he said, I feel my already-beautiful body is enhanced. When I had my breast augmentation about 10 years ago, he didn't dictate what I should do. He listened to what I wanted and then did advise I go a bit bigger than I was comfortable with because I was conservative. So I went from a B to a D cup. And he was right. He always encourages me to go out and be proud and show off what I have. I do and I no longer feel invisible. I get compliments from both men and women.
